Jaykay Homes is a part of J.K. Fashions Pvt. Ltd., which owns the Branded Men's Wear Clothing Company 'Karlsburg'. Jaykay Homes is the latest venture of 'Karlsburg' into hospitality business.

'Karlsburg' is entering the Hospitality segment in a different way choosing to start and operate 'Fully Serviced Apartments'.

It has Six Brand New service Apartments fully owned and operated by them. The fully serviced apartments are furnished to 5 Star standards, but with a feeling of 'Home'. It provides service apartments, short stay accommodation, flats, holidays homes, corporate rooms, company accommodation on rent. It offers 24 hrs. service and boasts of excellent 'Housekeeping' and 'Home made' menu for Breakfast and also Lunch and Dinner, on request. It has 24 hrs security and service staff on call. It has ample Car Parking and space for a long lazy walk as if in the Countryside. It is on the foothill of a small lovely hill and also the view of a huge lake and temple in the backyard.
